Slacklining has a fun and addictive side from the start. Crossing a 10m line makes you want to try a longer one.
It’s a challenge I set for myself. What if I manage to achieve this goal? Once I do, I set an even bigger one, and so on.
Slacklining has given me the ability to find inner calm. Getting angry has never been productive; it’s important to breathe and maintain balance, both externally and internally.
Moreover, Highline is done in groups with complex installations; it was there that I developed team management skills and learned to manage crises and stressful situations.
